Clement hasn’t been able to play the last two seasons due to injuries m, but now healthy, he’s ready to compete. In his career, he’s totaled 895 yards and eight touchdowns in really two small seasons of work.
In 2017, he was a third string running back who came up huge for the Eagles in their biggest moments. From big third down conversions in the playoffs, to an amazing Super Bowl performance. The next season, he started off strong, but got hurt. He hasn’t had the best of luck these last two season, but there’s no time to dwell on that, he’s back.
With Clement back in the mix, the Eagles rushing attack just got a lot more dynamic. Miles Sanders, Boston Scott and now a playmaker like Clement is added. All three of them can run and catch, with a running back by committee in affect, this will ensure the Eagles they’ll never have a drop off of talent and playmaking ability.
Clement is a hard runner, he’s a player who puts everything on the line every time he runs. He fights for every single inch. He’s a great player who represents everything it means to be playing for the Eagles. It’ll be great to see him back on the field come this fall.
