Draft Profile: Cal S Ashtyn Davis

20 January 2020 DRAFT

Ashtyn Davis 2020 NFL Draft Profile

Measureables: 6’1″  200 LBs

I do not think you will find a more athletic defensive back in this class. He started as a freshman walk on for Cal’s track and field team and then joined the football team in the spring of his freshman year.  As a senior, Davis won the Pac-12 110 meter hurdle title and was named second team All-America. Davis was also named an NCAA Indoor All-American in the 60 meter hurdles. Now he is ranked the 3rd best safety on Mel Kiper’s board. Davis is instinctual and agressive. Great range with his size but it is his athleticism that really makes him stand out. His closing speed is undeniable. He is always around the play and ready to make a highlight.
