Is there going to be another reunion in Philadelphia, NFL Network reports Eagles one of four teams interested in RB LeSean McCoy

Could their be another reunion in the city of Philadelphia?

Today, every NFL team had to trim their roster down to 53. For some teams, there’s some very tough decisions to make. The Buffalo Bills can attest to that as they had to release running back LeSean McCoy. Though age has been a factor towards his decline in play, McCoy still has a few solid years left in him, but the Bills chose against having him for those years.

As reported by Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Eagles are one of four teams interested in McCoy. Traded away from the Eagles, McCoy has always said that Philadelphia is his home and loves the organization and owner Jeffrey Lurie.

The Eagles are a team that brings back players who do the organization right and players that were wrongfully let go of aka DeSean Jackson. Taking that factor out of it, do the Eagles need him? Where the Eagles are always looking to add talent, there’s a lot of talent and people to give the ball to in the backfield. There’s Jordan Howard, Miles Sanders, Darren Sproles and Corey Clement. Sure, they can always add him to this group, but that takes the ball away from some of the others.

Regardless, I’m sure Eagles fans would love seeing McCoy back in the midnight green, dancing in the end zone after a touchdown. It’s definitely a move that won’t hurt them if handled correctly. It’s always nice to see a reunion.
