Bradham was a huge contributor to the Super Bowl winning champions and most believed he would be difficult to re-sign. Especially after Jordan Hicks’ season-ending injury, Bradham proved to be a reliable and versatile defensive talent taking on the role of being the quarterback of the defense for Jim Schwartz.
Eagles stepped up big time to get their starting linebacker back on the roster for 5 more years and a contract worth $40 million, according to Schefter.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, with this signing the Eagles are expected to shop Mychal Kendricks.
