Player Reaction: The Eagles are fired up after acquiring DE Michael Bennett

The Eagles have every reason to be fired up after acquiring Seattle Seahawks star defensive end Michael Bennett.
This past season Bennett not only led the Seahawks in playing time on the defensive line, playing both defensive end and tackle, he also was second on the team in sacks with 8.5. For the last six season, Bennett has been able to consistently get to the quarterback, averaging eight sacks a season during that span.
Bennett now joins an already stacked Eagles defensive line, like the old saying goes, “the rich get richer.” And, with right reasoning, the Eagles are pumped up about it. A couple players took to Twitter and this is what they had to say.

As you can see, the team is just as excited and caught off guards as we are. No one saw this trade coming. Yet again, Eagles general manager Howie Roseman pulled a trick out of his hat with this one.
