Over/Under: The Eagles rush for 120 yards vs. Falcons
13 January 2018 Eagles News
Playoff football is here for the Eagles and most know, in these crucial games the team that is able to control the line of scrimmage wins. Knowing that the Eagles have struggled to get the run game going lately and going against a good Atlanta Falcons defense, the Eagles cannot afford to abandon the run. As a team, will the Eagles rush for over 120 yards or under?
The Eagles ended the season fourth in rushing averaging around 132 yards a game. They scored 11 rushing touchdowns and rushed for just shy of five yards a carry. Unlike many other rushing attacks, the Eagles have a few different running backs with the ability to scorch the opposing defense.
However, as of late, the Eagles have struggled to get the run game going. In the three games without Carson Wentz, the Eagles rushed for 70 yards, 78 yards and their most productive game on the ground 108 yards. That is just an average of 85 yards on the ground, well down from their average of 132 yards per game.
So, are you taking the over or the under, will they Eagles rush for 120 yards versus the Falcons?
