Bold Predictions: Eagles vs. Cardinals
20 December 2020 Uncategorized
Coming off of a big win versus the New Orleans Saints, the Philadelphia Eagles are expected to find themselves in another tough matchup today. In the desert, it’s a showdown of the two birds as the Eagles take on the Arizona Cardinals.
The Eagles looked like a new team last week with Jalen Hurts at the helm. It’s not going to be easy but from our perspective it’ll atleast be another fun one to watch.
With that being said, as we go into this game, we like to predict what’ll happen. So, without further ado, here’s my three bold predictions.
- Eagles rush for over 200 yards
With Hurts at quarterback, the Eagles rushed for over 200 for the first time last week. Today, they’ll do the same as both Hurts and Miles Sanders have good days on the ground.
2. Limit DeAndre Hopkins to under 100 yards
Yeah, Darius Slay is out and Avonte Maddox too. But, the Eagles will do a fine job guarding Hopkins. Between pass rush and good overall defense, they’ll neutralize his impact.
3. Hurts has 3+ touchdowns
Three in the air and one rushing score for the Eagles new starting quarterback. He’s going to win over the city of Philadelphia with a masterful performance.
