According to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler, a deal between former Falcons defensive coordinator Marquand Manuel and the Eagles could happen “as early as today.”

The 40 year-old Manuel served as the Falcons’ defensive coordinator for the 2017 and 2018 seasons. Prior to his coaching career, Manuel was a former safety and played in the NFL for eight seasons, making stops with the Bengals, Seahawks, Packers, Panthers, Broncos and Lions.
