Measureables: 6’1″ 210

One of Nick Saban’s favorite players. McKinney is a two year starter who came to play every week for the Tide. He is extremely versatile as he would drop into deep coverage or regularly blitz the quarterback. He comes from a long line of successful safeties ie, Landon Collins, Minkah Fitzpatrick, etc. It’s hard to find and negatives on him. Kid is as pure as they come and we got to see him perform on the biggest stages. This playmaker will be making noise next year and years to come.

  • big hitter but sure tackler;
  • instinctual;
  • shows up in big games;
  • athletic freak;
  • loose hips and can get down hill or to midfield fast

  • can lack burst on the back end;
  • talent around him helped a lot but he made enough stand alone plays to trust the talent
