15 January 2020 Uncategorized

What a great way to start off this Wednesday morning!

Legendary wide receiver Harold Carmichael has been selected to the 2020 NFL Hall of Fame. After waiting for his chance for a long time, he finally got in.

Carmichael changed the way wide receivers play the game of football. He was a pioneer and his legacy is now enshrined forever.

Some statistics to mention Carmichael are these; from 1972-1980, he led all NFL wide receivers in receptions (549), receiving yards (8,414), and receiving TDs (77). He was dominant in his era and in addition to all of those, he still leads the Eagles in most receiving categories.

It’s great seeing a player like him get the recognition he deserves to get. He was influential in changing the game and his its played now. Any player with that kind of impact needs to be in Canton.
