Doug Pederson: DeSean Jackson will continue rehabbing, running, but he won’t practice with the team. #Eagles

The Eagles desperately need WR DeSean Jackson back as their offensive struggles and overall team struggles, continue to grow. It looks like they won’t be getting him back at practice today but he will continue to run and rehab with his injury.
Jackson has missed six straight games with a strained abdomen (sports hernia). There was talk of surgery, when it first happened and the recovery would have been around six to eight weeks. That did not happen and now the Eagles risk re-injuring Jackson when he finally does return.
His status is up in the air for Sunday against the Bills and once again they have a very tough defense to face. There are many reports that the Eagles have been active on the phones, trying to make moves before the trade deadline. Eagles fans have to wonder if Howie is looking to add a much needed deep-threat.
Pederson: Jason Peters, Nigel Bradham, Tim Jernigan will continue to condition but probably won’t practice Wednesday. #Eagles

Nigel Bradham is still dealing with an ankle injury and listed as day-to-day. He was hurt in the Atlanta game and has been recovering since. The original recovery time was thought to be four to six weeks. He is currently five weeks into his recovery.
Tim Jernigan is still recovering from a foot injury that has kept him out since he was injured in Atlanta. His status is unclear for Sunday’s game but after adding two DTs in Huggins and Rush and then releasing Spence, you can see that the need is there.
Jason Peters is also still day-to-day. He’s dealing with a knee injury he got in Minnesota. His injury ended up being worse than they initially thought and he ended up missing Sunday’s game against the Cowboys. Andre Dillard filled in well but he definitely had his struggles. It is unclear if Peters will be ready to take on his former team this Sunday, the Buffalo Bills.
Darren Sproles is still dealing with his quad injury and is still week to week after his injury against the Jets. Seeing him conditioning is a good sign for his recovery.
Doug Pederson: Avonte Maddox won’t likely be available to practice this week. #Eagles
— Jeff McLane (@Jeff_McLane) October 23, 2019
The Eagles have been waiting for Avonte Maddox to return, ever since he got a vicious hit from teammate Andrew Sendejo against the Vikings, that has kept him out. He will miss practice again this week, as he is deals with those neck and concussion injuries. He is still week-to-week and it is unclear when he will be ready to return to practice.
DeSean Jackson & Tim Jernigan (plus Darren Sproles, per @DZangaroNBCS) were at #Eagles practice but won’t participate.
Avonte Maddox, Hassan Ridgeway, Jason Peters & Nigel Bradham were absent.
Halapoulivaati Vaitai was working at right tackle in place of Lane Johnson.

Also of note, according to David Gallen of Penn Live, Hassan Ridgeway was missing from practice because of the ankle injury he suffered on Sunday. It could be serious but no timetable has been set for when he may return.
Halapoulivaati Vaitai was also seen replacing Lane Johnson at right tackle, for unknown reasons. If it were anything serious, the Eagles would have made note of it but Johnson was absent from practice.
