Pederson said that when Mills and Darby are healthy, they'll return to their roles as starting CBs.

It looks like the Eagles will get a much needed boost in the secondary. Jalen Mills and Ronald Darby, who both returned to practice this week, are expected to play this Sunday and both are set to get their starting positions back.
It will be a welcoming sight for the Eagles, as their secondary has struggled and is currently 29th in passing yards allowed per game. The Eagles have Rasul Douglas, Sidney Jones, Orlando Scandrick and Craig James as their other healthy options at the cornerback position.
Doesn't sound like DeSean Jackson or Nigel Bradham will play this weekend.
Jalen Mills and Ronald Darby both progressing and could be in position to play.

Unfortunately for the Eagles, it sounds like DeSean Jackson will miss his sixth game in a row, with an abdomen injury. He wasn’t able to practice at all this week, as he was only seen running with trainers.
Doug Pederson says he will NOT rush or push DeSean Jackson to play Sunday vs #Cowboys because his abdominal injury is tricky
Jackson has targeted this Sunday as a return date but has NOT practiced this week

The Eagles were hopeful that he would be ready for the Cowboys this Sunday night but Pederson’s statements make it seem very unlikely. They desperately need him back, as they are ranked 16th in passing yards per game. They will have to roll with Alshon Jeffery, Nelson Agholor, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside and Mack Hollins as their only healthy options at wide-receiver.
In some more bad news, Nigel Bradham hurt his ankle in last week’s loss to the Vikings. He missed practice all week but there was hope he would play. Head Coach Doug Pederson didn’t sound too optimistic about that and it looks like Bradham could be out this Sunday. The Eagles now have five healthy linebackers, after adding Alex Singleton from the practice squad on Wednesday. The other four linebackers are Kamu Grugier-Hill, Nate Gerry, T.J. Edwards and Duke Riley.
