Jason Peters and Nigel Bradham are both “day to day”, per Doug Pederson.

According to Zack Rosenblatt of NJ.com, both Jason Peters (knee) and Nigel Bradham (ankle) are day-to-day, after being banged up in yesterday’s game. Both were injured in the first half, though Bradham’s wasn’t reported questionable until the third quarter.
Peters hasn’t been fully healthy for years but he did start all 16 games, last season. He didn’t finish them but it was a nice surprise. The Eagles know the situation at hand and realize his time is almost up. That’s why they drafted Andre Dillard with their first pick (22nd overall). On his first play, he almost got Wentz killed but he picked up his game, afterwards. If Peters isn’t ready to go this Sunday, Dillard will have himself another tough matchup in Robert Quinn and/or Demarcus Lawrence.
Bradham is someone very important to the Eagles defense. He plays almost every down (88.2%) and would be greatly missed. The Eagles just got back Grugier-Hill and really can’t afford to lose someone like Nigel. His role is more important than any of the other linebackers, combined.
Nate Gerry would fill in for him if he were to miss any time. To be honest though, his duties would be spread to Gerry, Grugier-Hill and Brown.
Re: Jason Peters and Nigel Bradham — they're getting second opinions. Pederson said it "looks like it's a little more day-to-day with these two guys." …They'll know more by Wednesday.

The Eagles really don’t want either of them to miss any time but at least Peters has someone waiting to replace him. Bradham would be a major blow to an already banged up defense. There is hope though, as Zach Berman of The Athletic reported, they really are day-to-day, at this moment. More information will be available on Wednesday.
