Zach Brown saw action in all five games this season and he was in for 67.92 % of the defensive snaps. He had 29 total tackles, two tackles for loss and two passes deflected.
His smack talk ended up coming back to bite him and the rest od the Eagles but that isn’t the reason he is being released. His lack of production is the main culprit but we now have two open roster spots. Time will tell what Howie is up to.
He signed with the Eagles on May 1st to a one-year deal worth $3 Million.
With his release, the Eagles have five linebackers on their active roster. Bradham, Grugier-Hill, Gerry, Edwards and Riley are on the linebackers on their active roster. The Eagles also have Alex Singleton on their practice squad.
