Report: Eagles RB Corey Clement will give it a go tonight vs. Packers

26 September 2019 Eagles News

The Eagles are getting another piece of their offense back tonight just in time as they’re getting ready to take on the Green Bay Packers.

Running back Corey Clement left the game against the Atlanta Falcons with a shoulder injury. Tonight, he’ll give it a go.

Clement is a major part of the Eagles offense and special teams unit. He’ll have the return duties and be a contributor on offense. Adding him into the mix gives the Eagles another option at running back.

The Packers allow on average 131 rushing yards against per game. The Eagles numerous running backs that could get to the number by themselves. However together, they need to all put in work and make sure the Eagles control the game and clock.

Getting Clement back means the Eagles are getting back to their health and back to strength. This offense can be a deadly one. Let’s hope we see a deadly one tonight.
