EaglesCamp Update: LB Kamu Grugier-Hill was carted off the field today

At this point in training camp, this is the last thing the Eagles wanted to happen.
Rising star Kamu Grugier-Hill was carted off the field after he was injured today at practice. The injury is being described as a lower body injury, but writers in attendance said they saw him holding his left knee.
At the end of practice, this is what head coach Doug Pederson said. He said team did not have an update yet, but he did confirm that Grugier-Hill had a lower-body injury. However, at the end of practice, he was seen trying to rejoin the huddle to break down practice but was not allowed by the trainers. He was said to be walking pretty well.
Either way, Grugier-Hill has been a bright spot for the Eagles this training camp. He’s shown he’s going to takeover for Jordan Hicks and even play better. Losing him would be a big blow because not only is he a great player, he’s a great leader.
