There’s going to be a pretty substantial change to the Eagles training camp schedule and it involves the fans and their access to the team.
Per ESPN’s Tim McManus the Eagles are doing away with two open practices in favor of one. This one open practice will not be free, rather be ticketed. The tickets will range from $5-$10 and all proceeds will benefit the Eagles Autism Challenge.
The Eagles are cutting public training camp practices at the Linc from two to one and will charge admission for that session, with proceeds going to the team's charity, per sources: https://t.co/QSsTWfkwN1

Now, it’s being reported that this practice will take place on August 4th at 7 p.m.
It’s great that the money is going to a great cause, but in the long run, training camp is about allowing your fans to connect with their team. It’s a mistake for the Eagles to takeaway that anymore than they have already done so. Having just one date is the kicker as that day is set to be a little chaotic. But, with that being said, training at the Linc is always a great time and it shouldn’t change because of this new rule.
