Adams proved to be quite the commodity for the Eagles last season. Leading the team in rushing yards, it was quite strange when he wasn’t being used in the playoffs, perhaps we now know why.
Last season, Adams racked up 511 rushing yards and three touchdowns. Those statistics were good enough to be the best running back on the team last season. He showed great running ability and a lot of flashes for a bright future.
This shoulder surgery is just a set back as he’s expected to be back for training camp. Right now, he’s just sitting out these work outs. The surgery has a six month timetable and being he got it in January, he’s right on track.
