30 December 2018 Uncategorized

What a difference a year can make? Last season, the Eagles were resting their starters in week 17, this season, they’re fighting for the postseason.

In order to get into the playoffs, the Eagles need a little help from a friend, particularly Trey Burton and the Chicago Bears. The Eagles need to handle business versus the Washington Redskins, but they’ll miss the playoffs regardless if the Bears lose to the Vikings.

On a day like today, it’ll be hard not to get ahead of ourselves and scoreboard watch the other game. However, what really needs to happen is, the Eagles need to win first. The Redskins are usually a tough play, but are decimated with injuries and just released their starting safety.

It’s a big game for the Eagles and with a little help from the Bears, they’ll get into the playoffs. But before all of that, let’s look into the matchup.

The Eagles are coming off of a two game winning streak and sit at 8-7 on the season. The Redskins started off hot but have cooled down and sit at 7-8 and are out of playoff contention, they’ll be playing spoiler today.
