Despite being criticized for his clutch play this past week, Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz ha struck together a great four string of games. And today, not only did he lead the Eagles to victory, he joined the history books as well.
Wentz joined Peyton Manning as the second quarterback to throw at least 30 passes and have a passer rating of 115 in his last four games.

In those four games besides just a passer rating of 115, he’s thrown for 1,185 yards, ten touchdowns and one interception. Yes, he messed up the final drive against the Carolina Panthers last week, but besides that, he’s played really well.
Today, we saw a more focused Wentz and despite the early turnovers, he rebounded well and showed hunger and patience. He was on top of his game and used his feet as well as his ability through the air to torch the Jaguars.
Going forward, Wentz and the Eagles are on a bye this upcoming week and during it, they’ll start preparing for the Dallas Cowboys.
