Eagles tackle Lane Johnson could miss tonight’s clash vs. Giants with high ankle sprain

The Eagles are playing the New York Giants tonight in a massive divisional clash and they are already in an uphill battle.
Just reported, Eagles offensive tackle Lane Johnson has been added to the injury report and he’s questionable for tonight’s game.
More on #Eagles OT Lane Johnson: My understanding is this high-ankle sprain he was battling is something that will make it difficult for him to play. He’s going to do everything he can and will test it pre-game. But he has an uphill battle. Halapoulivaati Vaitai is his backup.

Per his report, Johnson is dealing with an high ankle sprain, which is not an ideal injury to play through. In this instance, if he can’t play, the Eagles will have to rock with Halapoulivaati Vaitai.
Looking forward, the Eagles offensive line has been abysmal this season and losing their best player is not ideal. However, Vaitai was very good last season and could possibly rejuvenate his form and get the offensive line going again.
