According to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport, the Eagles plan to workout former Browns first-round selection Corey Coleman on Tuesday.
The #Patriots spent today working out former #Browns first-round WR Corey Coleman, I’m told. He has a visit with the #Eagles scheduled for tomorrow.

The former Browns receiver was recently traded for a 7th round pick to the Buffalo Bills, a place where he did not last long, and was then waived at the end of preseason. Coleman had a workout with the Patriots and the Arizona Cardinals already.
Unfortunately for Coleman, he’s dealt with multiple hand injuries, hamstring issues, and had sports hernia surgery during his time as a Brown. Most importantly, the 24-year-old has had maturity concerns. Maybe landing in Philadelphia could be a breath of fresh air being in a winning environment.
With the Birds working out Breshad Perriman and now Corey Coleman, it looks as if the Birds are desperate for someone to come in and contribute sooner than later. Perhaps the Eagles look at either one of the players to challenge Shelton Gibson for a roster spot. It’s been reported that the Eagles are also looking at Kamar Aiken, the veteran spent time with the Eagles during training camp and during the preseason before being released.
The #Eagles are working out some WRs over the next two days, including Kamar Aiken, who was in camp with them, and #Ravens first rounder Breshad Perriman.
