Talk about a rallying cry.
“I still don’t know if we’re getting the respect as Super Bowl champions. We’ve been a starving dog for 52 years. One bowl of food won’t suffice the appetite.”
Kelce has been a legend since the Eagles Super Bowl win and after the Super Bowl parade rant, this might just be the second best quote in sports’ history.
He has this ability to say stuff that is easy for the fans to get behind and he has done it yet again. The motto going into this season is, the Eagles are still hungry, one bowl of food is not enough. And, when you look at the bigger picture, the Eagles are going to be a better team on paper going into this season, then the one in the Super Bowl. The Eagles are getting a lot of players back and have added a few solid pieces. Watch out NFL, these dogs are still hungry.
