Carson Wentz “Very Confident” he’ll be ready week one vs. Falcons
7 May 2018 Eagles News
When Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz went down injured immediate, hope for the season and the beginning of next season was lost. Somehow, the Eagles were able to play some of their best football in the playoffs, winning the Super Bowl. But other than that amazing feat, Wentz might not even miss a game in the 2018 season.
On Good Morning Football this morning, Wentz said he’s been going through rehab and is very confident he will be ready by week one.

Now what does this mean, there is still a chance he is physically ready to go, but the Eagles are cautious with him and do not play him for a bit still. Instead of seeing him on the field right away, what we really have to be impressed with is his recovery time and his ability so far to not let this injury slow him down. Another report came out today saying his mechanics have not changed at all which is a really good thing.
Positive note for #Eagles QB Carson Wentz: He recently sent film to gurus Tom House & Adam Dedeaux at 3DQB, and his mechanics are sound, I’m told. He’s throwing the same or better than before, technically. Injuries can cause players to alter how they throw. That hasn’t happened.

This guy has always amazed us, but his ability to grow from this injury might just be his best moment so far as an Eagle. After the injury, he might just be a better thrower, the only way that happens is if you are not human and yes, I’m confirming Carson Wentz really is the Ginger Jesus.
