Eagles work out North Carolina A & T OT Brandon Parker

21 March 2018 DRAFT Eagles News

According to Rotoworld’s Josh Norris, the Philadelphia Eagles worked out North Carolina A & T’s Brandon Parker.

The 6-foot-7, 314-pound Parker has caught the eyes of many NFL teams and with a strong performance during the Senior bowl week, his stock is on the rise. The First-Team FCS All American did not allow one sack this season and he was a big reason his Aggies became MEAC champs.

NFL Draft Analyst Tony Pauline notes that the four-year starter “has outstanding size, growth potential and upside” and is “athletic, can slide his feet and really looks good in pass protection. Parker needs only to improve his run-blocking strength.”

The Eagles have a limited amount of picks in the NFL Draft and they’ll have to choose wisely, as they’re in need of quality depth at the tackle position. If available, the small school prospect could be the ideal developmental tackle the Eagles could have interest on Day 3. However, Parker could have played his way into day 2, according to some in the draft community.
