Jeremiah: Eagles exercising best draft philosophy

Daniel Jeremiah discussed his thoughts on what NFL team(s) have the best draft philosophy on NFL Network last week.
Jeremiah deemed Ozzie Newsome and the Ravens’ best player available strategy to be his top philosophy for acquiring talent and went on to include the Eagles as being part of this approach with former Ravens’ Joe Douglas now at the helm.
“It’s a best player available strategy. Everybody says it, I don’t know if they all believe it.. I don’t know if they all exercise it,” Jeremiah explained. He went on to say, “don’t pass on a great player for a good player.”
Jeremiah is a former Eagles college scout and has had high praise of the organization this year.
