Doug Pederson has not ruled out playing Sidney Jones vs. Cowboys

Head coach Doug Pederson hinted at the possibility of seeing second-round draft pick Sidney Jones suit up and play versus the Dallas Cowboys this Sunday at his press conference today.
Per HC Doug Pederson, CB Sidney Jones is “day to day” as far as his chances to be active vs Dallas. Jones’ practice window ends after this week and he will then be added to 53-man roster or placed on IR

Tearing his Achilles before the draft, Jones did not get the opportunity to play or practice for an NFL team until these past couples of weeks. The Eagles must like the progress Jones has showed them as he is listed as day to day. The Eagles must decide whether it is worth risking his health now or if they should let him rest and prepare for next season.
Right now, with the talent Jones has, he would be one of the Eagles best cornerbacks on the roster. Do not underestimate how hard it would be for him to adapt especially to playoff football. The call to play or sit Jones is a tough one. With so much on the line, is it time to play him?
