Pederson: Darby “probably a game-time decision”

On Friday, head coach Doug Pederson noted that Ronald Darby is questionable this week and will be a game time decision Sunday versus the Broncos.

“Just have to see, barring anything crazy these next couple of days, we’ll see where he’s at on game day,” Pederson said. “Probably a game-time decision.”

Pederson mentioned that Darby had one of his best weeks of practice since coming back from injury. However, it may be best to sit the 23-year-old corner and have him ready to go versus the Dallas Cowboys after the Eagles bye.

For the last 3 weeks, Darby has been limited in practice. With Eagles cornerbacks’ Jalen Mills and Rasul Douglas holding down the fort, there is no need to rush Darby back in the meantime if he’s not 100 percent.
