Wendell Smallwood is OUT today vs. Cardinals

Wendell Smallwood is out of action today versus the Arizona Cardinals.

Smallwood who was looking to build off an impressive performance against the Los Angeles Chargers, but he will not be able to go today. Against the Chargers, Smallwood rushed for 34 yards and one touchdown on ten carries, as well as hauling in four receptions for 45 yards.
With no Smallwood today, look for Corey Clement to pick up the slack. Smallwood had a big role last week, a role completely different than LeGarrette Blount. Smallwood gave the team a different running dynamic and he was a receiving option. Clement can fit that role and have a good game while doing so. Last week, Clement rushed the ball ten times for 30 yards. Today, with an increased workload, expect Clement to exceed expectations.
