Today, Barnett was introduced as an Eagle. The biggest takeaway from his press conference is he is a humble player who wants to get at it.
In fact, Barnett said he’ll get the team iPad today and start learning the defense. Barnett is said to be a perfect fit in the Eagles defensive scheme. He is going to start right away and make an impact.
However, even though Barnett was the Eagles first round selection, he knows he has to work for the playing time. Which says a lot about him as a person.
The Eagles got a player who is humble, hardworking and a beast on the field. What is not to like?
Stay tuned for more draft coverage.
