NFL Draft Rumors: Are the Eagles taking Kevin King at 14?
26 April 2017 DRAFT Eagles News
With just one day left until the draft, no one quite knows which way the Eagles are going. But, a new player might just be on the Eagles radar with their first selection this year.
First reported by Eliot-Shorr-Parks, the Eagles seem to be really interested in Washington CB Kevin King.
Washington CB Kevin King says the #Eagles have been talking to him a ton. Says he got dinner with Corey Undlin.

With the allegations against Ohio st. Gareon Conley, the Eagles look to be taking another route.
To be honest, King has been severely underrated this whole draft season. He is a humongous cornerback, standing at 6’3″. He has really good ball skills and instincts and also, he is very versatile. In college, King played in the slot, on the outside and even safety.
Shorr-Parks has been all over the King to the Eagles talk. Yesterday, he posted this tweet.
One name not to forget for the #Eagles in the first round — Washington CB Kevin King. They like him a lot.

King would be a pick Eagles fans will grow to love. It gives them a rare blend of size, athleticism, and versatility. Not to mention his knack for interceptions.
You might think it may be a little high for King. However, like said before, with Conley’s stock plummeting, teams are going to have to get the guys they want, some players will not fall now. However, it is possible the Eagles orchestrate a trade down and take King too, that is something to think about.
We do not know if King will be the pick, but trust me, if he is, it is a great move by the Eagles. Whether they take him at 14 or trade down to get him, the Eagles will be getting a solid cornerback.
