Josh Huff released by the Eagles

Today, the Eagles announced that they have released wide receiver Josh Huff after his arrested earlier this week. This move makes sense for the Eagles PR wise. Folks, it looks like Bryce Treggs will be active this Sunday.

Earlier this week, Huff was arrested on gun and marijuana charges. A loaded gun with hollow point bullets was found in his car after he was pulled over for speeding. If convicted, he is facing jail time.
All signs point to him being convicted, all the evidence is there. It was the right move by the Eagles.
Eagles GM Howie Roseman stated this just minutes ago, ” We felt, based on the circumstances and the facts involved, that this was the right move for our organization.”
To be honest, Huff was a player I personally was high on. I thought he could come into the game and make a difference. He was a very good kick returner but he had very limited value as a receiver. Now, the fans will get what they want. Speedster Bryce Treggs will get his shot this Sunday versus the Giants. Here is to hoping he shines.
