Eagles Acquire WR Dorial Green-Beckham from Tennessee
16 August 2016 Eagles News
The Philadelphia Eagles acquired Dorial Green-Beckham from the Tennessee Titans in exchange for G/T Dennis Kelly on Tuesday morning.
Green-Beckham averaged 17.2 yards per catch (Led all rookies) and caught 4 TDs last year in his rookie season.
The Eagles have been in the market for a wide receiver all off season. The 6’5, 237 pound wide receiver will add depth to the questionable wide receiver group that the Eagles already have. Jordan Matthews is sidelined with an injury and the Eagles are waiting to see which receivers will step up and take the number 2 & 3 positions. Trading Dennis Kelly will hurt the Eagles in an already depleted offensive line group, but if Green-Beckham can come in and be productive, this is an obvious win for Philadelphia.
