So much for being a bad teammate! Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz organized a get together with his wide receivers in Houston ahead of the beginning of training camp July 24th.

It’s always great to not only workout with your teammates ahead of time and bond with them. We all know the affects of having a team that is fully bought into each other and team that plays for each other. Wentz had previously brought his wide receivers for a similar trip to North Dakota before the Eagles Super Bowl season.
There’s no saying there’s any indication this means the same thing. However, that season, before it abruptly ended due to an injury, Wentz finished it with 3,296 yards, 33 touchdowns and seven interceptions. He was the leading MVP candidate and his chemistry with his wide receivers showed.
Here’s to hoping Wentz and the Eagles’ offense is back to the same we saw two years ago. It’s time for the Eagles to get back to what they did best and hopefully this little trip will help rekindle some of that.
