Lane Johnson expected to play against the Saints on Sunday

According to Coach Pederson, the Eagles should have their starting right tackle back on Sunday. In Friday’s press conference, Pederson felt that Lane Johnson should be ready to compete against the Saints.
The Eagles RT has been dealing with an injured MCL(grade 2 sprain of the MCL), which he sustained in the opening drive against the Jacksonville Jaguars . Last week Johnson was unable to play and was a late scratch before the Dallas Cowboys game.
This week Johnson has been a limited participant in practice, but he’s had a good week of practice from Coach Pederson’s perspective. Although Johnson has a had an up and down season, it’s always good to get back a starting tackle of Lane Johnson’s caliber back. With the current situation the Eagles are in, they’ll need every man on deck to secure a victory.
