Eagles lose hard fought game to Seattle, fall to 10-2 on the season

3 December 2017 Eagles News

Although the game finished 24-10, it was closer than the score shows. The Eagles went to Seattle and could not overcome the Seahawks.

The Eagles started the game off slowly, only scoring three points in the first half. There were bad calls, missed plays and more in the first half. Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz missed a wide-open Nelson Agholor on a play that would have been a touchdown.

The Eagles started off the second half very well, but a Wentz fumble ended their strong opening drive. The Seahawks turned that turnover into a touchdown. After that, a bit of Wentz magic brought the Eagles back into the game.

After that, the Eagles scored and made it a one-score game. However, the defense could not stop Russell Wilson, who had a great game for the Seahawks. The Eagles would ultimately lose the game after Wilson scored his third touchdown.

For the Eagles playing in Seattle was a tough task, we knew it would be from the start. The ball was not rolling in their favor tonight, the missed plays had missed calls against and just could not get going. It is a game you can learn from and grow upon. It was not the best game from the Eagles, but they still had every chance to win.

What is next for the Eagles? They will stay on the West coast this week and take on the Los Angelas Rams. The Eagles need to rebound against a reborn Rams team.
