My take: Josh Huff arrested

Yesterday, Josh Huff was arrested and charged with possession of a 9 mm handgun without a permit and the possession of marijuana after he was pulled over for speeding. He was also given three tickets for speeding, tinted windows, and DUI.
This is not something the Eagles wanted to happen. The wide receivers are already a hot topic in Philadelphia, and now Huff has brought them even more unwanted attention.
Huff could be in a lot of trouble. Disregard the tickets and marijuana, having a gun without a permit is a big deal in New Jersey. Rumor has it, Huff can face up to 3.5 years in prison if convicted on gun charges.
This is when you have to ask yourself, what is wrong with these athletes? These stupid little decisions can jeopardize their career. There is no need for him to have a gun and marijuana on him.
You got to remember not everyone makes it to the NFL. Take it like this. It is like these kids won the lottery. However, they did not cash the ticket yet. Each dumb decision rips off a part of that ticket. Eventually, there will be no more money because of these stupid decisions these players make off the field.
Huff is set to appear in court November 15th. He better hope that the judge is having a good day. Otherwise, this is no joke. Huff can face a prison sentence.
